Electrostatic Painting Process at Yakut Kazan
The electrostatic painting process at Yakut Kazan includes the following steps:
- Pre-treatment: The produced tanks are cleaned and their surfaces are smoothed before painting.
- Paint Application: The tank is exposed to electrostatically charged paint particles in a special cabin. These particles are attracted to the tank surface, which is oppositely charged.
- Drying: The paint is dried in special ovens at a certain temperature and for a suitable time and forms a homogeneous layer.
Color Options
Yakut Kazan uses RAL 5015 blue as standard, but also offers different standard color options in line with customer demands. In this way, customers can have tanks in colors that match their corporate identities.
